The sales staff we met, however, was another story.
I will say that the downstair hotel staff was cordial and attentive. My husband and I thought it would be a lovely way to celebrate a significant birthday and even bought our own theatre tickets because we wanted to see a more expensive show than those on their list (they gave us in return 2-$200 credit cards.) Don't EVER fall for the Manhattan Club 'bait & switch' invitation for hotel/tickets to show in return for listening to their presentation to sell a time share!
